1 cup almond milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 pear or 1 small banana
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 tsp flaxseed
Ice cubes

 

 

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and serve.
