oatmeal protein balls

SERVES

Makes 10 - 1 bite = 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cup oats
1 tbsp honey
2 pitted dates
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Using a tablespoon roll the mixture into bites and chill in the fridge.
