Complete 3 Rounds 15 Reps each
Mountain Climber 4 Reps with 1 Pushup - Total 15 reps
Begin in a plank position with the hands and shoulders aligned. Engage your core and bring the right knee in towards your chest. Switch with your left knee and repeat for the required number of reps. Complete 4 reps and perform 1 pushup.
Plank Walk Out
Start in an upright position. Keeping your back straight bring your hands to the floor and walk forward on your hands until you form a plank, walk back and stand upright.
High to Low Plank
Start in a high plank position. Hands should be aligned to shoulders. Engage your abs and lower yourself onto your forearms to form a low plank. Then lift yourself by the hands to form a high plank
For the push up exercise, begin in a high plank with hands and shoulders aligned. Engage your abs and lower yourself down bending your arms at the elbows. Raise yourself back up pushing through the chest and shoulders.
