Your breathing and heart rate will increase as a result of completing the program as would be expected from physical exercise.  If at any time, you feel undue pain or excessive discomfort you agree to stop the exercise.

Please ensure you can answer 'no' to the following questions.

Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only perform physical activity recommended by a doctor?
Do you feel pain in your chest when performing physical activity?
Have you experienced chest pain when NOT performing physical activity in the last month? Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or have you lost consciousness recently? Do you have any bone or joint problems such as arthritis, which could be aggravated through physical activity? Is your doctor currently prescribing you medications for high blood pressure or a heart condition?
Have you had an operation in the last 12 months?
Is there any reason why you should NOT participate in physical activity?

If you answered yes to any of the  questions, are above the age of 40 and you have  been inactive or have health issues, you will need to speak to a medical professional. You should seek medical clearance including exercise limitations which apply.

Delaying the beginning of an exercise program: If you are not well because of a temporary illness, for example a cold wait until you feel better to begin exercising. The program is not designed for pregnancy.

Before proceeding with the fitness program you agree you have been cleared by a medical professional if necessary. You are not pregnant and you have read and understood the terms and conditions in full and you are voluntarily engaging in the fitness program and your participation involves a risk of injury as with all types of exercise.
